Unused materials in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery or local pickup. Contact Peak Season Supply at 817-538-8735 with your order reference, product, quantity, and reason for return to arrange instructions before sending materials back. For defective products, follow the warranty claim process below.

Every Peak Season Supply product carries a two-year warranty from the purchase date for manufacturing defects. To request a replacement, contact 817-538-8735 with your order reference or proof of purchase, the affected product and quantity, and a description of the defect. Photos may be requested for review. Contact us for approval and return instructions before sending a product back. For approved defective-product claims, the customer pays return shipping and Peak Season Supply covers shipping of the replacement.
